GreenTech is a youth-led e-waste initiative serving the Greater Seattle area. We bring students, neighbors, and local organizations together to make responsible electronics collection and recycling practical and accessible.

Mission

Make responsible recycling easier to take part in.

We help families and businesses take the next step with unwanted electronics through free collections, community outreach, and education about reuse and recycling.

Youth leadership

Students organize the work.

Volunteers research and plan events, coordinate pickups, staff collections, sort electronics, and create educational content. Students build practical skills while serving their community.

From first contact to collection.

We accept all types of e-waste. Our team confirms pickup arrangements and organizes community collection events. We recycle collected electronics through Living Green Technology.

Grow the work, together.

We aim to organize more collection drives, grow our volunteer network, improve pickup coordination, and expand educational media. We also want to develop repair and refurbishment opportunities. Donations can support the transport, supplies, spaces, and coordination these goals need.
